Our flatbed laser cutting systems from TRUMPF mark the first step in our production chain: the precise cutting of sheet metal. With laser power up to 12 kW and modern fiber and CO₂ laser technology, we process sheet sizes up to 1,500 × 3,000 mm – cleanly, quickly, and with outstanding accuracy.
For maximum efficiency, our automated LiftMaster handles the loading and unloading of sheets, ensuring smooth and seamless workflows.
Clean edges. High-Quality results.
After laser cutting, our parts are processed using a WEBER deburring machine.
This guarantees not only burr-free edges, but also consistently high surface quality – visually and functionally convincing.

- TruLaser 3030 (4kW)
- TruLaser 3030 - Fiber (6kW)
- TruLaser 3030 - Fiber (12kW)
- Materials processed: mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass
- Max. sheet size: 1.5 × 3.0 meters (larger formats possible on request)
- Minimum sheet thickness: 0.1 mm – Mild steel up to 30 mm, stainless steel & aluminum up to 40 mm (thicker possible on request)
- LiftMaster with TruStore integration
- Automatic nozzle changer
- Single-head strategy (setup time optimization)
- RotoLas tube cutting unit: pipes with an outer circle diameter of up to 370 mm can be processed
