Our tube laser cutting technology enables high-precision processing of round, rectangular, and custom profiles – quickly, cleanly, and cost-effectively. Using machines from TRUMPF, we cut tubes with outer diameters up to Ø 254 mm and lengths of up to 6,500 mm, always with maximum cutting precision.
Whether in series production or for special parts, our tube laser technology reduces the need for rework, improves accuracy, and shortens assembly time. The result: perfect cut edges straight from the machine – ready for the next step.

Mit unseren Rohrlaserschneidanlagen bearbeiten wir Rund-, Rechteck- und Sonderprofile mit höchster Präzision. Dank modernster TRUMPF-Technologie fertigen wir sauber, schnell und wirtschaftlich – ganz ohne Nachbearbeitung. Das Ergebnis: exakt geschnittene Rohre mit sauberer Kante und optimaler Passgenauigkeit – ideal für jede Weiterverarbeitung.

- TruDisk 4001 solid-state laser
- Automated tube loading and unloading (up to 6,500 mm length)
- Outer circle diameter: 10 mm – 254 mm
- Cutting of all standard materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass
- Flexible output station: 4.5 m + 1.5 m part length with dual conveyor belts
- Technology Package RapidCut – enhances cutting dynamics through synchronized movement of tube axis and cutting head
- Technology Package Bevel Cutting – for 3D bevel cuts up to 45°
- Technology Package Thread Cutting – tapping, countersinking, drilling in a single setup
- Integrated camera system for process monitoring
- LoadMaster with scratch-reducing coating for gentle surface handling
- Additional swivel-out conveyor line for scratch-sensitive tube handling
- Smart Tube Alignment – detects profile contours and weld seam positions
- Adaptive Clamping Technology – for clamping L- and U-profiles as well as flat material
- Dot matrix part marking – for traceability and process control
