Our CNC press brakes from TRUMPF enable precise bending of sheet metal up to 3 meters in length – with a pressing force of up to 230 tons. Thanks to offline programming parallel to machine time, we minimize downtimes and increase efficiency. This makes our bending technology not only more precise, but also faster and more flexible than many others.

For precise bending results, it’s not just the machine that matters — but also how the tooling is handled. With the TRUMPF ToolShuttle, we store up to 160 linear meters of bending tools in 32 compartments — clean, organized, and well protected. Its central position between two press brakes significantly reduces setup times and increases our efficiency. This enables us to guarantee consistently high quality with maximum flexibility.

- Bending of all common materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass
- Maximum sheet thickness up to 30 mm (depending on bending length)

- Mark-free bending using protective film or RollBend dies
- Extensive tooling, both standard and special tools
- All bending machines are programmed exclusively offline
- Setup cost and time optimization through ToolShuttle
- RCI interface for machine data acquisition
