Using machines from Weber, Q-Fin and ARKU, we process a wide variety of materials efficiently and reliably. Whether structural steel or non-ferrous metals: we consistently achieve high surface quality while minimizing manual rework. This results in true industrial-grade quality – clean, precise and reproducible.

After laser cutting, our parts pass through a state-of-the-art WEBER deburring machine. This ensures burr-free, uniform edges and a high-quality surface – perfectly prepared for all subsequent production steps at the highest technical and visual level.
Process:
- Weber TT1100 – for general structural steels
- ARKU Edgebreaker 6000 – for non-ferrous metals
- Q-Fin F200 XL – specially designed for very small parts
- Processing of structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum and non-ferrous metals
- Deburring for optimal further processing
