At ABP, quality starts long before final inspection. From incoming materials to final release, modern measurement systems and defined testing procedures ensure accuracy at every stage. Our 7-axis measuring arm captures even the most complex geometries – directly on-site and at the component. This guarantees maximum precision, traceability, and process reliability.

Our quality standards are officially certified: ABP is accredited according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and EN 1090. Whether initial sample inspection, series release or test documentation – we deliver measurable results, documented traceability and standards-compliant inspection. Process:
- Measuring lab with Hexagon Absolute Arm (7 axes): Using our mobile 3D coordinate measuring arm, we inspect components with maximum precision and flexibility – directly in the measuring room or near production. Ideal for complex geometries and freeform surfaces.
- Conventional & digital measurement tools: In addition to traditional tools, we use digital calipers, height gauges and calibrated gauges for threads, bores or weld seams – fast, efficient and compliant with standards.
- Incoming & final inspections: We inspect raw materials, components and assemblies according to defined criteria – documented, transparent, and optionally with inspection reports.
- Certified to DIN EN ISO 9001: Clear processes, defined inspection plans and a continuous improvement system.
- EN 1090-certified for load-bearing welded assemblies:
- Manufacturing according to customer or industry-specific standards: We also support initial sample inspections or series releases (e.g. VDA/PPAP).
