Vibratory finishing – also known as mass finishing – gives your components the perfect shape. In our systems, workpieces are set into motion together with abrasive media, water, and compound – this removes burrs, rounds edges, and ensures consistently smooth surfaces. Ideal for assembly, coating, or direct installation.
Reproducible Quality – from 5mm to 150mm
We process mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals – in sizes ranging from 5 × 5 × 5 mm to 150 × 150 × 150 mm. Three vibratory bowls and a drum system handle a wide variety of batch sizes. With our in-house wastewater centrifuge, we ensure sustainable and consistently high-quality finishing – suitable for both large-scale and individual part production.

- In-house water treatment with centrifuge
- Minimum part size: 5 × 5 × 5 mm
- Maximum part size: 150 × 150 × 150 mm
- Flexible handling of various part sizes and quantities
- Especially cost-effective for small parts in large batches
- Ideal for post-processing after laser cutting, punching, turning, or milling
