At ABP, we weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum – manually and automatically. Across five MAG and two TIG workstations, we produce precise, stable welds: from delicate sheet metal components to large assemblies weighing up to 5 tons. Our certified welding specialists work in accordance with DIN EN 1090 EXC3 – flexible, reliable, and with a keen eye for detail. Whether it’s a single part or a series production – we deliver quality that lasts.
Automated welding für consistent results
When repeatability, scalability, and efficiency are key, we rely on robotic welding systems. Our TruLaser Weld 5000enables precise laser welding of complex geometries. The TruArc Weld 1000 and the Ohau2mate welding robot ensure clean, uniform weld seams – even for medium batch sizes. Combined with our CNC stud welding system, ABP offers true production depth based on advanced technology, welding expertise, and highly automated processes.

- 1x OH-au2mate welding robot
- CNC stud welding system (studs): for precise welding of bolts, threaded studs, or insulation fasteners
